Warranty Service

30-Day Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:  Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but if by chance you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within thirty (30) days for a refund or exchange, provided that: 

 

a) Customer must request and receive prior approval and a Return Authorization Number from GameRoomsUSA.com.  To request a return authorization number, call us at 1-800-605-1802 or send a request by email at service@GameRoomsUSA.com.


b) Products are still in their original box and packing.  


c) All returns must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.  Pool cues must be unused and un-chalked.


d) Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.  Actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund for all orders that offer free shipping.  Please keep in mind that shipping costs can be very expensive (usually between $125 and $400 each way) for large items such as game tables that must be shipped via freight truck and in some cases it costs more to return an item than to keep it.

 

e)  Customer is responsible for costs and arrangements for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. You will also need to insure the package for the full amount of your order as you will need to file a claim if the package is lost or damaged on its way back to us.  Please retain tracking information from the shipper until you have been credited.  We highly recommend using a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery.

 

f)  A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from refund for all returned, non-defective merchandise.

Any orders that are refused upon delivery, undeliverable or cancelled after being shipped will be subject to the above return policy. Please note that we will deduct twice the amount of the shipping cost from your refund if any order is refused or undeliverable since UPS and Fedex now charge us the return shipping on these packages.

 

Please note:  All Murrey pool tables, customized pool tables and customized pool cues are non-cancelable after 72 hours of the order being placed and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders to addresses in Utah.  No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Utah.

Your order will usually be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS, or Motor-Freight (Truck), depending on the weight and size. Your order will be shipped in the best possible way for your order and location.  

UPS and USPS Shipments

Most in-stock items usually leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days* after your order has been processed.  A few items take slightly longer.  Please call if you have any questions about a particular item.  Please allow for longer processing times during heavy shopping seasons.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  After the product leaves the warehouse, Standard UPS or USPS Ground shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by the carrier at the time, is from one to six business days.  We will notify you if there is a delay in shipping for any reason. Please note that your order will be delayed if the correct billing information is not provided or if you don't select the color, size, style, etc. of your item.

Freight Truck Shipments - CURBSIDE DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE: The following information applies to 

ALL FREIGHT TRUCK DELIVERIES...

 

We want you to enjoy a pleasant shopping experience with us.  To ensure that happens, it is important that you understand the shipping and delivery process.  Please take a moment to read this shipping information carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

 

Since freight shipments are quite different than UPS, FedEx or USPS shipments, we want to make sure that our customers understand the shipping procedures to avoid surprises at the time of delivery.  Therefore, soon after placing your order, you will receive an email with a copy of this shipping & delivery procedures information as well as our return policy.  Please review the email and reply directly from it stating that you have read it and that you understand and agree to it.  This will give us the opportunity to answer any questions you might have concerning your order and the shipping & delivery process.  We will not be able to process your order until we have received a reply from you.  If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-605-1802.

Once your order has been shipped, we will attempt to contact you, usually by email, to provide you with shipping information such as the trucking company's name, phone number and your tracking number.

If your order is being shipped to a commercial address, the trucking company will usually not call to set up an appointment and will deliver your order during normal business hours.  However, you may call the trucking company to get an estimated delivery time.

If your order is being shipped to a residential address, the trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.  It will be a estimated time window of about 2-5 hours.

All deliveries occur Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

It is important to keep your scheduled appointment.  If you miss the scheduled appointment, the driver will need to reschedule the delivery from the local terminal and they will charge you a redelivery charge.

Please note:  There are uncommon situations in which additional freight charges are required for deliveries via FREIGHT TRUCK to certain locations such as Manhattan, off coast islands, and remote areas with exceptionally high delivery costs.  If this is the case, we will not process your order or charge your credit card until you have been notified of the additional cost and have agreed to it.  Please contact us if you have questions about your location.

Additional costs may be incurred if you live on a small street that is not accessible by a 48' freight truck (big).  In such cases, the freight company will need to transfer your purchase onto a smaller truck for delivery. If you know that large freight trucks cannot access your street (a problem in some densely populated cities and rural areas), you must contact us in advance of placing your order so that we can notify the freight company and obtain a cost estimate for you before you place your order.

Please check item descriptions for any special delivery considerations. 

Motor-Freight shipping time:    These products require extra handling procedures (such as crating) and will be shipped within four to seven business days* after your order has been processed.  After the product leaves the warehouse, typical shipping time is four to nine days, depending on your location.  You should expect to receive the item within ten to sixteen days after your order is processed.  We will notify you if there is a delay in shipping for any reason.  Please note that some items such as customized pool tables will take longer - in such cases the estimated shipping time is noted in the item description.  *Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: The following information applies only to 

CURBSIDE DELIVERIES...

Curbside delivery is the standard method of delivery for freight shipments.  Just as the name implies, Curbside Delivery is delivered to your curbside.  The truck driver is not responsible for getting products off the truck or into your building.  Unpacking the item and installation / assembly are not the responsibility of the delivery company and are not included in the price of your item.  Your package is likely to be heavy and large (pay special attention to the estimated weight noted in the item description); therefore, you must have enough able people available to take the item off the truck and into your building.  

It is important to keep your scheduled appointment and to have the necessary help available.  If you miss the scheduled appointment or are unable to take the product off of the truck because of the lack of necessary help, the driver will need to reschedule the delivery from the local terminal and they will charge you a redelivery charge.

The following extra services are available.  However, they are not included in the shipping cost for curbside deliveries.

  • Two or Four-man Delivery
  • Inside Delivery
  • Lift Gate Trucks
  • Pallet Jacks
  • Installation / Assembly

The cost of these additional services vary from city to city and usually cost between $75 and $150, except for installation and assembly which generally cost between $150 and $400 depending on location and product.   Please call us at 1-800-605-1802 if you would like a quote for additional services.

PLEASE NOTE: The following information applies only to 

EXTRA-CARE INSIDE DELIVERIES...

 

Our Extra-Care Inside delivery service is only available for certain items (noted on individual item page).  It includes delivery during a pre-scheduled four-hour window (the delivery company will call you to set up an appointment), plus placement of the item in your room of choice with no stairs included.  If delivery of your order requires stairs, you must choose that option when placing your order (additional charges will apply as stated on item page) - this option will allow for up to 2 flights of stairs.

 

Your order will be transported in a trailer equipped with the best protective equipment, such as interior padding, e-tracking hardware and vibration-reducing air-ride systems.  At the local level, the delivery truck will be equipped with a lift gate and plenty of protective blankets, and be staffed by two delivery professionals.

 

Unpacking the item and installation / assembly are not the responsibility of the delivery company and are not included in the price of your item.  Installation / Assembly is available and generally costs between $150 and $400 depending on location and product.

 

The following services are available.  However, they are not included in the shipping cost for Extra-Care Inside deliveries:

  • Four-man Delivery

  • Delivery involving stairs (available when ordering)

  • Installation / Assembly

For extenuating delivery circumstances, i.e.: must be lifted over fence, must be taken up an elevator, etc., there may be additional costs.  Please contact us prior to placing your order for an accurate cost estimate.

Damage Claim Info

Please Note:  For our customers' protection, we require that all damages be reported within 2 days of delivery.  GameRoomsUSA.com will file all damage claims.

Visible Damage:  When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment.  **Always check the underneath of the box.**  It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur, do not accept the package until the delivery person has noted on the delivery receipt or freight bill the nature and extent of damage.  If you are unable to fully inspect your item at the time of delivery, you MUST note on the Bill of Lading that your shipment is accepted "SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION".  You and the delivery person should sign and date the delivery receipt and you should receive a copy for your records. Notify us immediately by calling 1-800-605-1802 and we will do everything necessary to resolve the problem in a timely manner.  If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and call us immediately at 1-800-605-1802.  We will promptly replace your product(s).

Concealed Damage:  If upon inspecting your order, you find damage to a product that was not seen at the time of delivery, call us immediately at 1-800-605-1802 and we will do everything necessary to repair or replace your product to factory specifications at no additional cost to you.  Keep all shipping cartons for inspection.  Any requests for concealed damage after 2 days of receipt of delivery will be accepted, but charges for replacement parts and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Shortages

We must be notified of any shortages within 2 days after receipt of order.  Failure to make such notification negates loss claims with the manufacturer.  

If shipment is not delivered to you in accordance with quantity of cartons and packages as shown on the freight bill, do not accept until shortage is noted on freight bill or delivery receipt.  Inspect all packages to be sure they have not been opened.  If pilfering is suspected, notify delivery carrier so they can inspect packages as they are opened.

Check contents of your package(s) against enclosed packing list carefully.  Small items are often overlooked as part of packing materials.  If shortages are discovered, notify us immediately by calling 1-800-605-1802. 

Please Note:  If your order consists of multiple items (including some dartboard cabinet combos), each item may be shipped using different shipping methods, may be shipped from different locations, and may be received at different times.  When checking your packages for shortages, please keep this in mind and only check them against that specific packing list, not your entire order.

 

Shipping Costs:

We currently offer free ground shipping within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) on orders over $45.00.  Shipping for orders under $35.00 is just $7.99.

For shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska, or FPO/APO addresses, please contact us at 1-800-605-1802 ext. 0 or email us at sales@GameRoomsUSA.com.  Please note that many small packages such as darts and small accessories may be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses at no additional shipping cost.  If there will be additional shipping costs, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.

Currently, most of our products can only be shipped within the continental United States (the lower 48 states).  We do not currently accept international orders.
